Repair Service is only available for product malfunction inspection and repair
If the product has a manufacturing defect within 15 calendar days* of receiving the product and the product needs to be sent back for replacement, please use DJI's replacement service
If you want to use DJI Care Express that lets you receive the replacement product faster, please visit DJI Care Express to apply for the service.
If your product is accidentally lost or flown away during use, and the product cannot be retrieved, please visit DJI Flyaway Reporting to apply for this service.
When your DJI product needs a maintenance service, visit DJI Maintenance Service to apply for the service.
Data Backup & Deletion
To protect your privacy, DJI may format the internal storage data during inspection and repair. Please backup your personal data before sending your device to avoid data loss during the service.
Product sending
To ensure that DJI can provide comprehensive and precision assessment and damage responsibility result for your product, it is recommended that you send back the components or complete set of product based on relevant tips on the Repair Service application page within 7 calendar days after submitting a repair application. The service may be postponed if some components are not sent back.
*To avoid personal property loss, please do not send us third-party propellers, stickers/QR codes on the product, iPad, DSLR camera, external microSD card and other personal accessories.
Repair Fees
The repair fees depend on the inspection result. If the component(s) or the product under warranty has a manufacturing defect, free repair or replacement service will be provided. For component(s) or the product out of warranty, the quotation will be sent to you by DJI after inspection.
Shipping Fees
After the repair application is submitted, ship your product to DJI Service Center with a shipping label provided.
Shipping fee policy: If the component(s) or the product under warranty has a manufacturing defect, two-way shipping fees will be covered by DJI.
Please note: If we provide you with a repair quotation and you opt not to proceed with the repair, a £15 charge will be applied to cover the incurred two-way shipping fees.
Firmware Update
To eliminate issues caused by inconsistent firmware versions and to ensure product performance and usage safety, DJI will update your product firmware to the latest version and no fee will be charged.
Product Disassembly and Inspection
To better locate and resolve the issue, your product may be disassembled by DJI for inspection, which may result in the loss of internal storage (memory card will not be affected) or damage to the sticker attached on the product.
